These were provided to the writer by an associate whom was given the US Patent Numbers of the specific technology used, by individuals employed by the US Air Force National Atmospheric Lab at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio (street slang "The Tesla Center") These individuals have been verified to exist. We have viewed the US Patents assigned to Mil Industrial Complex Corporations working as Federally approved Contractors. Hughes Aircraft Corporation is also very involved in the development and articulation, experimentation and deployments of some of these technologies.

DuPont's involvment in the anti-hemp campaign can also be explained with great ease. At this time, DuPont was patenting a new sulfuric acid process for producing wood-pulp paper. "According to the company's own records, wood-pulp products ultimately accounted for more than 80% of all DuPont's railroad car loadings for the next 50 years" (ibid). Indeed it should be noted that "two years before the prohibitive hemp tax in 1937, DuPont developed a new synthetic fiber, nylon, which was an ideal substitute for hemp rope" (Hartsell). The year after the tax was passed DuPont came out with rayon, which would have been unable to compete with the strength of hemp fiber or its economical process of manufacturing. "DuPont's point man was none other than Harry Anslinger...who was appointed to the FBN by Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon, who was also chairman of the Mellon Bank, DuPont's chief financial backer. Anslinger's relationship to Mellon wasn't just political, he was also married to Mellon's niece" (Hartsell). It doesn't take much to draw a connection between DuPont, Anslinger, and Mellon, and it's obvious that all of these groups, including Hearst, had strong motivation to prevent the growth of the hemp industry.
The reasoning behind DuPont, Anslinger, and Hearst was not for any moral or health related issues. They fought to prevent the growth of this new industry so they wouldn't go bankrupt. In fact, the American Medical Association tried to argue for the medical benefits of hemp. Marijuana is actually less dangerous than alcohol, cigarettes, and even most over-the-counter medicines or prescriptions. According to Francis J. Young, the DEA's administrative judge, "nearly all medicines have toxicm, potentially letal affects, but marijuana is not such a substance...Marijuana, in its natural form, is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. By any measure of rational analysis marijuana can be safely used within a supervised routine of medical care" (DEA Docket No. 86-22, 57). It is illogical then, for marijuana to be illegal in the United States when "alcohol poisoning is a significant cause of death in this country" and "approximately 400,000 premature deaths are attributed to cigarettes annually." Dr. Roger Pertwee, SEcretary of the International Cannabis Research Society states that as a recreational drug, "Marijuana compares favourably to nicotine, alcohol, and even caffeine." Under extreme amounts of alcohol a person will experience an "inability to stand or walk without help, stupor and near unconsciousness, lack of comprehension of what is seen or heard, shock, and breathing and heartbeat may stop." Even though these effects occur only under insane amounts of alcohol consumption, (.2-.5 BAL) the fact is smoking extreme amounts of marijuana will do nothing more than put you to sleep, whereas drinking excessive amounts of alcohol will kill you.
The most profound activist for marijuana's use as a medicine is Dr. Lester Grinspoon, author of Marihuana: The Forbidden Medicine. According to Grinspoon, "The only well-confirmed negative effect of marijuana is caused by the smoke, which contains three times more tars and five times more carbon monoxide than tobacco. But even the heaviest marijuana smokers rarely use as much as an average tobacco smoker. And, of course, many prefer to eat it." His book includes personal accounts of how prescribed marijuana alleviated epilepsy, weight loss of aids, nausea of chemotherapy, menstrual pains, and the severe effects of multiple sclerosis. The illness with the most documentation and harmony among doctors which marijuana has successfully treated is MS. Grinspoon believes for MS sufferers, "Cannabis is the drug of necessity." One patient of his, 51 year old Elizabeth MacRory, says "It has completely changed my life...It has helped with muscle spasms, allowed me to sleep properly, and helped control my bladder." Marijuana also proved to be effective in the treatment of glaucoma because its use lwoers pressure on the eye.

He published 30 books during his career. Most of his non-fiction work focused on two subjects — the circus and crime. He was Annie Oakley's first biographer. His books Here's to Crime (1937), Ten-Thousand Public Enemies (1935) and Designs in Scarlet (1939) championed the cause of the young Federal Bureau of Investigation and made the case that corrupt local governments and police forces permitted lawlessness to flourish in many parts of the United States.
Cooper's work was much admired by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, who once said he is "the best informed man on crime in the U. S."[1] — even allowing Cooper access to FBI case files. Cooper is widely believed to have ghostwritten the book Persons in Hiding (1938) as well as a number of magazine articles for Hoover.
Cooper wrote extensively on the danger of illicit drugs, particularly marijuana. He collaborated with Federal Bureau of Narcotics Director Harry Anslinger on the article "Marijuana, Assassin of Youth,"[2] which originally appeared in The American Magazine in July 1937.

Sunday, September 29th, 2002 Can’t vouch for this history lesson from reader Mike Cheel, but it’s damned provocative.
The one thing they don’t talk about anywhere (at least in government circles) is why pot is illegal in the first place.
The main reason it is illegal is because back in the 30’s William Randolph Hearst owned a lot of newspapers and owned the paper mills that printed the paper. Hemp (which of course is not exactly the same thing as marijuana but is commonly associated and lumped together with it) was competing with his paper production so he rallied his friends in power (government) and finally made it illegal in 1937. I don’t think a lot of people know this.
The interesting part is that when the case was originally brought before congress the prosecutor (Anslinger) claimed that it caused violence, attacks, delerium, death and was only used by poor black people (jazz musicians I believe). When the topic came back up in the 50’s the same guy (Anslinger) told congress a totally different story. Now his tale said that it should be illegal because it caused mellowness and apathy. He said the communists would try to use it against our youth in a bid to corrupt America.
I have read a little about the “reefer madness” propaganda campaign that led to the 1937 prohibition of marijuana. It was fueled in large part by racism, and the uneasiness lots of white people felt about what might be going on in those dens-of-sin jazz clubs and hot houses.

When the topic came back up in the 50’s the same guy (Anslinger) told congress a totally different story. Now his tale said that it should be illegal because it caused mellowness and apathy. He said the communists would try to use it against our youth in a bid to corrupt America.
I have read a little about the “reefer madness” propaganda campaign that led to the 1937 prohibition of marijuana. It was fueled in large part by racism, and the uneasiness lots of white people felt about what might be going on in those dens-of-sin jazz clubs and hot houses.

The transistion had to begin. She thought it through and she had to isolate. The hardest part was cutting herself off from him. He wouldn't understand; they had been partners and it would hurt him, of this she was sure. That made it the most difficult decision of her lifetime but it had to be done.
She told him of her love of another. She tried to make it gentle but admitting she had another 'soulmate' wasn't something she knew how to explain. He became Terrible Tommy to her for a while and she regretted the way she had to do it. She tried to explain to him that had it not been for Tommy, she wouldn't have been open to their relationship.
She sent him a couple of songs and they weren't gentle on his manhood either. One was Meatloaf's 'Two Out of Three Ain't Bad' and the other was Helen Reddy's 'He's a Man, He's Just A Man'. She didn't know how to cut the ties and she thought he'd understand but she'd never know. (She'd realize it later when he still supported her and was always around.)
The transistional phase wasn't to take long but during it no one could see them connecting online and the best way she knew how to do it was to cut it off period.
She drew up the plans in her mind. The transistion had been going on for a while and it was time to make it happen physically. She had to prepare herself emotionally, spiritually, and physically for it to happen.
Step one was the creation of the physical entities that would represent them on the other side. She was an artist and she was ready to start the creations. In her mind, they were perfect as she painted and drew and made them into their alters.
Belon and Kai began to develop in her mind. Belon was easy and Kai would come into his own as soon as her man was alerted to his existence. She had to get the feel of the parellel universe and then begin the processing.
Cal had been the first to go over. She remembered the process and the colors. The colors were vivid and beautiful but it had been a difficult journey. It was not anything like she had ever experienced before. It had been frightening to experience and it had been draining in every aspect.
She watched from the other side as Rob was processed. This time, it wasn't as frightening for her. It was emotionallyh painful to see the one she considered her male couterpart experience it though as she could not forwarn him of the outcome nor of the journey to get to the other side.
She stood as Belon when Kai came through the process. He was handsome in his new form. She had absolutely no idea how he looked in the other place but here, he was shockingly handsome. She was taken aback when she saw him as she hadn't considered any physical beings existing here in this place.
Belon knew from her own experience how disoriented she felt when she arrived. She walked over to Kai, or rather floated. This indeed was new to her. She wasn't yet accustomed to this new plane as there didn't seem to be any gravity pulling on her. There only seemed to be thoughts and ideas and now these new forms. They would learn together.
Kai seemed comfortable immediately in the new place. He stared into her eyes and he smiled. He knew already and he was sharing with her in their usual way of communicating. He was sending it through his mind and she was connecting.
Belon smiled and lifted her hand to his. She had waited for years for this, their first touch. Holding his hand was one of the things she had often dreamed about and here it was happening. Kai was connecting with his mind and Belon was in heaven. Could this parrellel be heaven? They would find out together.
Kai squeezed her hand. Their first physical connection and yet even this wasn't real. That made it all the more special as they knew it was their journey and only theirs and it was the beginning of something new and very exciting. It was asif this had been created only for them.
Here in this special place they could touch and not worry. This was their world created by God exclusively for them. This was their 'true' creation. It would be harrowing at times and when they had to transistion back and forth, it could get dangerous. For now though, they were the only ones aware of their new home.
It had always been dangerous in the other realm and it would be no different here. The connectedness would help them to achieve much more on this plane but it would have it's unique difficulties.
Belon's memories of the other place were vivid. She cherished them and when she looked over at Kai she marveled.
Kai only has one physical eye and it seemed natural to Belon. Kai communicated to her that it was his mind's eye. When they were in peril, all she had to do was gaze into that eye and his every thought and deed would tranfer straight into her mind. There were indeed some advantages to this parellel universe stuff of this they were both sure.
Kai gazed around and envisioned the life that they would live here in their new world. It was incredible and he was anxious to begin exploring it.
He already knew of it's existence because of the other side. He hadn't liked much of what he'd experienced there. This view put a who new perspective on his vision. It gave him ideas that he had not considered over ther. After all, the laws of that place didn't apply here.
It would be a very different existence. He didn't have to worry about staying within any boundaries on this side. Belon was delighted and felt like she had been selected by her higher power for this assignment. She knew he had chosen Kai as her protector and she knew they were setting on a new path to save the world.

There was much knowledge in the cyber room. The Stinger Geeks ranged in age from nine to eighty-four. It would have been a sight to behold if thy all had been gathered in one physical room. Grandmothers sat in their kitchens chatting with children, bikers sat on their bikes with iPads, actors sat with their phones tweeting, and so on and so forth.
Every nation was represented. A total of four hundred and sixteen geeks were working the plan. They had come together early in 2002 and it is now 2010. The planning stage was all documented. Each geek had his/her own directions. There were a few minor details that had to be ironed out but nothing that would cause major delays once the final implementation was done.

The diversions would be nothing like the tactics the regime had used. There wouldn't be a Hurricane Katrina or a Tsunami. Innocent people would not die from the geeks plan. It wasn't every day that others affected Tim like this and although he had a wonderful wife and three beautiful children at home, it couldn't hurt to sit for a bit and get another person's insight into the world as it exists today.
He was to have his head full by the time he walked out the door that day. He had completely forgotten about the savings account for his son and he headed back to work with much to be digested.
He ran one thought over and over in his mind that the young woman brought to his attention. There were literally millions of people that were contemplating a society without money.
Now you might say, what a thought? BUT, there were people communicating and yes talking straight talk about the horrible shape the world is in. They saw what could happen and they were working on other avenues to set the world right.

He wasn't involved in computers except at work. He headed straight away to the local computer store. He had used a laptop at work and was familiar with them so he decided to purchase one. Later, if things went as he planned he might get his wife an iPod and maybe even something for the kids. He would make those decisions later.
He wanted simple and he wanted quick as he had learned much from this intriguing woman that complex didn't have a place in his world when he needed to learn and relearn lots of information.
Tim had taken notes while talking to Anne. She had given him directions to websites that would help him learn details he would need once the sting was begun.
He would be prepared to implement his knowledge when he got the word.
Anne had advised Tim to work off line. She had shared that he should immediately get his children involved. She reiterated this many times. There were many young minds that picked up on computer jargon like sponges. She continued making suggestions. Supply the children with small tasks but ones that could lead to important knowledge.
Teach the children about search engines. Children's minds were impressionable and hungry for learning. They would do most of the work without even being aware. Make it fun for them and keep their brains stimulated.
Tim was so very impressed with his new friend. He did take her phone number and he would call her and set up an appointment for her to meet his wife and kids. It would be a good place to start.
Kai and Belon had watched Tim the last few hours from the other side. He would be someone they might be able to work with in the future. They were both impressed with his willingness to communicate.
Belon had long thought of going on the road and teaching but for now the parellel universe environment seemed to be her best back.

He became Terrible Tommy to her for a while and she regretted the way she had to do it. She tried to explain to him that had it not been for Tommy, she wouldn't have been open to their relationship.

The transistional phase wasn't to take long but during it no one could see them connecting online and the best way she knew how to do it was to cut it off period.
She drew up the plans in her mind. The transistion had been going on for a while and it was time to make it happen physically. She had to prepare herself emotionally, spiritually, and physically for it to happen.
Step one was the creation of the physical entities that would represent them on the other side. She was an artist and she was ready to start the creations. In her mind, they were perfect as she painted and drew and made them into their alters.
Belon and Kai began to develop in her mind. Belon was easy and Kai would come into his own as soon as her man was alerted to his existence. She had to get the feel of the parellel universe and then begin the processing.
Cal had been the first to go over. She remembered the process and the colors. The colors were vivid and beautiful but it had been a difficult journey. It was not anything like she had ever experienced before. It had been frightening to experience and it had been draining in every aspect.
She watched from the other side as Rob was processed. This time, it wasn't as frightening for her. It was emotionallyh painful to see the one she considered her male couterpart experience it though as she could not forwarn him of the outcome nor of the journey to get to the other side.
She stood as Belon when Kai came through the process. He was handsome in his new form. She had absolutely no idea how he looked in the other place but here, he was shockingly handsome. She was taken aback when she saw him as she hadn't considered any physical beings existing here in this place.
Belon knew from her own experience how disoriented she felt when she arrived. She walked over to Kai, or rather floated. This indeed was new to her. She wasn't yet accustomed to this new plane as there didn't seem to be any gravity pulling on her. There only seemed to be thoughts and ideas and now these new forms. They would learn together.
Kai seemed comfortable immediately in the new place. He stared into her eyes and he smiled. He knew already and he was sharing with her in their usual way of communicating. He was sending it through his mind and she was connecting.
Belon smiled and lifted her hand to his. She had waited for years for this, their first touch. Holding his hand was one of the things she had often dreamed about and here it was happening. Kai was connecting with his mind and Belon was in heaven. Could this parrellel be heaven? They would find out together.
Kai squeezed her hand. Their first physical connection and yet even this wasn't real. That made it all the more special as they knew it was their journey and only theirs and it was the beginning of something new and very exciting. It was asif this had been created only for them.
Here in this special place they could touch and not worry. This was their world created by God exclusively for them. This was their 'true' creation. It would be harrowing at times and when they had to transistion back and forth, it could get dangerous. For now though, they were the only ones aware of their new home.
It had always been dangerous in the other realm and it would be no different here. The connectedness would help them to achieve much more on this plane but it would have it's unique difficulties.

When they were in peril, all she had to do was gaze into that eye and his every thought and deed would tranfer straight into her mind. The Working Families Party (WFP) is a front group for the radical cult ACORN. It functions as a political party in New York State and Connecticut, promoting ACORN-friendly candidates. Unlike conventional political parties, WFP charges its members dues – about $60 per year – a policy characteristic of ACORN and its affiliates.
According to the party’s Web site, WFP is a coalition founded by ACORN, the Communications Workers of America, and the United Automobile Workers. However, ACORN clearly dominates the coalition. These photos were provided to us by the Project on Government Oversight, which has just written a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton detailing its investigation into the "Lord of the Flies environment" that has overtaken the private contractors who guard State Department employees in Kabul, Afghanistan. According to POGO, employees of ArmorGroup North America—a unit of contracting giant Wackenhut—get their jollies off by "deviant hazing [that] has created a climate of fear and coercion, with those who declined to participate often ridiculed, humiliated, demoted, or even fired."
What sort of hazing? The traditional desperately homoerotic frat boy kind, mostly involving eating and drinking things off of other men's butts. Also some nipple-biting, as you can see below. One POGO whistle blower described it thusly [PDF link]: "They have a group of sexual predators, deviants running rampant over there. Upon leaving the facility, the guard force supervisor allegedly grabbed the Afghan national by the face and began abusing him with foul language, saying, "You are very good for fXXXing." The Afghan national reported that he "was too afraid of them I could not tell them any thing."
So anyway, these are the people who are guarding our national security in Afghanistan, being paid vast multiples of what soldiers, sailors, and marines get with your tax dollars. Are these guys asking, or telling?

Maynard G. Krebs (the G. stood for Walter) was the "beatnik" sidekick of the title character in the U.S. television sitcom The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis.
The Krebs character, portrayed by actor Bob Denver, began as a stereotypical beatnik, with a goatee, "hip" (slang) usage, and a generally unkempt, bohemian appearance, studiously avoiding anything resembling work, which he seemed to regard as the ultimate four-letter word. Whenever the word was mentioned, even in a line like "That would work," he would jump with fear, yelping, "Work?!" He served as a foil to the well-groomed, well-dressed, straitlaced Dobie, and the contrast between the two friends provided much of the humor of the series.
Gradually, he became less of the stereotypical beatnik and more a free soul who did his own thing—including collecting tinfoil or petrified frogs, seeing the old Endicott Building get torn down and seeing the movie The Monster That Devoured Cleveland. In one episode, he invited Dobie to accompany him to a double-feature in which the film was shown with its sequel, Son of the Monster that Devoured Cleveland. Maynard might be described as the prototype of the late-1960s hippie. Many of the later episodes centered around Maynard, with Dobie more of an observer, but always as narrator. The series lasted four years (1959–1963), but its popularity extended into the 1990s as stations like Nick at Nite rebroadcast it for new generations.

FYI, the part of finding Elmo in the back of my uncle's pick-up is true only the names were changed to protect the innocent, the person really was going to use a brand new Elmo for target practice. Also the last part of the excerpt about calling my doctor for help in an emergency is partially true as I had an emergency situation that he blew me off for and recommended me to come in when my next appointment was scheduled which was in 3 weeks. (Real caring shrink, eh?)

Kendra put the book back in the drawer and turned off the lights. She hugged her stuffed Elmo and
closed her eyes. It had been a tough day and it wasn’t long before she fell asleep.
”Kendra, wake up, what is Elmo doing on the floor?” Kendra’s mom asked with a grin.
”Ma, give me Elmo. You know those big ol eyes of his poke me sometimes in my sleep.”
”Well sweet angel of mine, why do you insist on sleeping with him?”
”Don’t you remember how I found him in the back of Uncle Fred’s truck?”
”No honey, I don’t remember that story. Do you want to remind me?”
”Mother, for crying out loud, can’t you remember anything? I’m sorry Mom. Mom, I’m sorry, please
don’t cry. I forget sometimes.”
Kendra jumped up from bed and gave her mom a big hug and brushed away the tear.
”Mom, I’m just a kid, remember, I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings. I forget sometimes about it.
You always seem so smart and when you forget things, it seems funny.”
”Ma, do you forgive me?”
”Ok, one day, I was over at Uncle Fred and Aunt Carol’s. I was getting ready to get in the car with
dad when I saw Elmo, still in the package in the back of Uncle Fred’s truck. I asked him what Elmo
was doing there.”
”Uncle Fred looked at me and laughed and told me he was there for the next time he went to target
shoot. He told me he was going to use Elmo for target practice.”
”I just put the package down on the seat of the truck and gave Uncle Fred a big hug and asked him
if I could please take Elmo home.”

”I don’t care, get him out of the damn meeting and do it now, it’s an emergency. Claire, I’m sorry,
I need daddy and I need him NOW.”
”Daddy,” Kendra is crying, ”do you know where Mom is? Daddy, I think she’s going to kill herself.
Daddy, just come home I’m going out and see if I can find her. Daddy, do you have a gun in the
house? DO YOU OR DON’T YOU?”

I don’t know. All I know is I found this note on the computer. That’s when I started to look for
her. Yes my dad is on his way.”
”Miss, could you just step aside and we’ll see what we can do.”
”Yes, vitals are good. Yes, she seems to be breathing fine, a little shallow but I think she’s ok.
Yep, ETA, seven minutes. We’re on our way.”
